I provide SEO, content writing, web design, WordPress, social media, and AI & automation services. We agree on the exact scope, deliverables, and timeline in writing (including via WhatsApp) before work begins.

2. Enquiries & quotes

Information on this website is for general guidance only. It is not a binding offer. A project starts only once we both agree on the scope and terms.

3. Client responsibilities

To deliver great results, I may need access to your accounts, content, and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Once you pay in full, you own the deliverables I created for you. This applies unless stated otherwise in our agreement. I may also show completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

5. Confidentiality

Your business information is confidential. I will not share it with third parties. The only exceptions are when it is needed to deliver the service or when required by law.

6. Results disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors I cannot control. These include search-engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. I use proven, ethical methods. However, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement. This applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
