I provide SEO, content writing, web design, WordPress, social media, and AI & automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp) before work begins.

2. Enquiries & quotes

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A project is confirmed only once scope and terms are agreed between us.

3. Client responsibilities

To deliver great results I may need timely access to accounts, content, and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full settlement of any agreed fees, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

5. Confidentiality

I treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.

6. Results disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing depend on many factors outside any single party’s control (search-engine algorithms, competition, market conditions). I apply proven, ethical methods, but specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
